Each adult resident must fill out their own application.

Read the questions carefully. An incomplete application may stall processing or prevent approval unnecessarily.

If the question does not apply, just enter NA or write in whatever you can to explain in the space given. There is space at the end for comments that you can use for explanations.

Warning, do not withhold information just to avoid providing the information. An incomplete application may be held against you.

Be prepared to submit your “Supporting Documents” with your application or by emailing CJ@CJCounts.com. If you are unable to submit your documents electronically, you can schedule a meeting to hand deliver them.

By submitting this application, you consent to a criminal background check, a credit check, and a reference check from any names you put on this application, including landlords and employers. You will be redirected to a Paypal payment page where you can enter your Debit/Credit Card information. The fee is non-refundable. The fee will be used to pay for the background check, credit check, and the administrative processing of your application. If you would like to be pre-screened before paying for an application, we encourage you to call our office. You can ask any questions about our approval process. Any indications given in the pre-screening conversation should not be considered a guarantee of the applications actual results, because there are many factors that cannot be determined until processing actually begins. This means that while you cannot guarantee approval based on the pre-screening, you can most likely determine a certainty of being unapproved, or get tips on how to become approvable before paying for the application fee. WATCH YOUR EMAIL INBOX FOR MESSAGES FROM OUR SCREENING AFFILIATES. THERE MAY BE ADDITIONAL VERIFICATIONS NEEDED FROM YOU TO COMPLETE THE SCREENING, WHICH YOU WILL BE EMAILED ABOUT. THESE ARE PAID FOR HERE, BUT YOUR CONTINUED APPROVAL FOR SCREENING MAY BE REQUIRED IN A SEPERATE EMAIL MESSAGE.
