We currently offer a residency training program to equip you to lead in whatever context you may be called to. We would love to raise you up, and send you out!
Leadership Pathway
This graphic will show you the pathway to either lead in our church, or to benefit from our Leadership Development process.
- The Pathway begins with regular attendance, so we can get to know you.
- The next step is membership, because this filter eliminates any Christian who has not taken basic steps in Christ-like submission to Biblical principals.
- Then we begin leadership training and investments custom based on your individual calling.
